登录或使用本应用，即表示您同意本协议。

一、服务说明

本应用为钓鱼直播与视频制作工具，提供多机位采集、画面组件和兼容运动相机无线推流等功能。部分功能需订阅会员。

二、账户

• 可通过手机号验证码或 Apple 账户注册和登录；
• 您应妥善保管账户并对账户行为负责；
• 不得利用本应用从事违法或侵权活动。

三、会员订阅

• 会员通过 Apple App Store 内购购买，价格以 App Store 为准；
• 订阅自动续期，Apple 会在周期结束前 24 小时内扣费；
• 可在“设置 → Apple ID → 订阅”中取消；
• 取消后权益持续至已付周期结束；退款由 Apple 按其政策处理；
• 删除应用账户不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。

四、行为规范

不得传播违法内容、侵犯知识产权或隐私，或干扰服务运行。

五、知识产权

本应用及相关内容的权利归运营方或合法权利人所有。

六、免责声明

本应用按现状提供。在法律允许范围内，我们不对网络、设备、第三方服务或不可抗力造成的中断或损失负责。用户对其直播及录制内容负责。

七、变更与终止

我们可能更新本协议并在本页面公布。您可停止使用本应用；严重违规时我们可终止服务。

八、适用法律与联系

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。问题请访问帮助与支持，并参阅隐私政策。

Seth Fishing Camera Terms of Service

Effective: July 18, 2026 | Operator: Seth Fishing Camera (goseth.top)

By signing in to or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The App is a fishing live-streaming and video-production tool with multi-camera capture, visual widgets, and compatible wireless action-camera streaming. Some features require a membership.

2. Accounts

• You may register and sign in using a phone verification code or your Apple Account;
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and its activity;
• You may not use the App for unlawful or infringing activity.

3. Membership Subscriptions

• Memberships are purchased through Apple App Store in-app purchase at the displayed price;
• Subscriptions renew automatically and Apple may charge your account within 24 hours before a period ends;
• You may cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions;
• After cancellation, access continues through the paid period. Apple handles refunds under its policies;
• Deleting your App account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not distribute unlawful content, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, or interfere with the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and related materials belong to the operator or their lawful owners.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions or loss caused by networks, devices, third parties, or events beyond our control. You are responsible for content you stream or record.

7. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms here. You may stop using the App; we may terminate service for serious violations.

8. Governing Law and Contact
